Return & Exchange Policy

At Avantra, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with our range of curated traditional, ethnic and contemporary wear. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in accordance with our return policy.
Note: Currently, for international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a defective product has been delivered. If you receive a defective product, you must return it unused, in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and invoice to qualify for a refund. Please report any defects within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at hello.avantra@gmail.com. Further details regarding refunds are provided in the "Refund Policy" section below.
7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders
For domestic orders (within India), we offer a 7-day return policy. In the unlikely event that the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return the product unused, in its original condition, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice, for a refund.
Our designated courier partner will collect the return package from the address provided by you and deliver it back to us. Please note that returns sent through any other logistics partners will not be accepted.
Return Charges for Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, our courier partner will collect the return package from your address (within India) at no additional cost to you. Customers do not need to pay any return shipping charges.
How to Initiate the Return Process?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to Avantra's customer support at hello.avantra@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Alternatively, you may call our customer service team at [1800 891 0001].
- Confirmation Required: Wait for a confirmation email from Avantra before returning the product. Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
- Pack the Product Securely: Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, unaltered, unused, and securely packed. The return package should be sealed properly to avoid any damage during transit. The courier partner will not accept return shipments if the package is not sealed.
- Include the Necessary Documents: Include the original invoice and any other documents (like a guarantee card) in the return package. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
Note: We will not entertain any return requests beyond 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund Policy
We will process the refund once we receive and inspect the returned product. The product must be in unused condition, with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or via bank transfer (in cases where the original payment method is no longer valid). Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
- Online Payments: For orders paid online, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed through online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). Customers are required to provide a canceled cheque along with the returned product to initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-15 working days.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not offer a refund policy for international orders. However, in the following two cases, we may provide a refund at our sole discretion:
- Defective Products: We will accept the return of defective products and process a refund after inspection and approval from our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The shipping costs (to and fro) for returning defective products will be borne by Avantra.
- Undeliverable Orders: If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product due to the customer’s unavailability, we will process a refund after deducting any incurred costs, such as shipping expenses (to and fro), customs duties, and any other applicable charges.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer an exchange policy for products purchased from Avantra. However, customers can choose to return the product as per the terms outlined in our return policy above.

In such cases, only the portion of the order that has been dispatched will be deemed accepted by us, while the remaining part of the order will remain an offer.We strive to display the colors and sizes of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor's display settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Packaging of the product may also vary from that displayed on the website.
